The site, the Kymogram application, their texts and the name “Kymogram” belong to the publisher. Reproducing them in whole or in part without prior written permission is forbidden.
Your measurement files and the files exported from them are yours. The publisher never receives them and claims no right over them.
Trademarks
LabVIEW and DIAdem are trademarks of National Instruments. TDMS is a file format published by National Instruments. These names are used here only to describe the files the tool opens. Neither the publisher nor Kymogram is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by National Instruments or Emerson.
Third-party software
The application includes open source packages, such as the uPlot plotting library and the Apache Parquet writer. Their licences and copyright notices are in third-party-licenses.txt.
