Not supported: DAQmx raw data, ExtendedFloat and FixedPoint channels, arrays of dimension other than 1. They are reported, and the rest of the file stays readable.
Every value, not a preview
Each channel is plotted from all of its values. When there are more values than pixels, the plot keeps the minimum and maximum of each column of pixels, so a peak one sample wide stays visible at any zoom. Drag on the plot to zoom, double-click to reset, or use the zoom and pan buttons, which also work from the keyboard.
Several channels together
Tick up to eight channels to overlay them. A second unit gets a second Y axis on the right, so that volts and amperes stay readable together. The X axis is the time from the waveform properties when the channels have them, the sample index otherwise.
Measure what is on screen
The statistics follow the zoom: minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation, RMS and number of points of the visible range, for each plotted channel. File, group and channel properties are listed next to the plot, and text channels are shown as a list of values.
Large and damaged files
A 1 GB file opens in about a fifth of a second on a MacBook Air M2, because only its structure is read at first; values are read when they are plotted. A file cut short by a bench crash opens too: what is readable is shown, and a warning names what was skipped.
