License terms
Terms of sale of Pro licenses, which remove the file limit of Batch Extract. Version of 1 October 2026. Pro is not on sale yet: these terms apply to licenses issued from the early access offer onwards.
Seller
Baptiste Guilleux EI, a French sole trader, Tours, France, SIRET 109 247 007 00015. Contact: contact@kymogram.com. When you pay by card, the payment provider sells the license in its own name, under its own terms, and these terms apply to the license itself.
Who can buy
Licenses are sold to businesses, public bodies and self-employed professionals, for their work. They are not sold to consumers. By ordering, you confirm that you buy for professional purposes.
What a license gives
The right for one named person to use Batch Extract on as many files and computers as they wish, for the period written in the license key. The viewer and the export of single files stay free and do not need a license. A license is not transferable to another person, except to replace someone who left your organisation.
Price and payment
149 EUR per person per year. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code) while the seller is under the VAT franchise scheme; the invoice says so. On an invoice, payment is due within 30 days by bank transfer.
Ordering and delivery
Write to contact@kymogram.com with the name to show on the license, the number of people and the billing address. You receive an invoice. The license key is sent by email within two working days of the payment being received, and earlier when possible.
Refund
If Batch Extract does not do what you bought it for, write within 30 days of receiving the key and you are refunded in full. No reason is required.
Renewal
A license is not renewed automatically. Before it ends, you are offered a new key for the following year at the price then in force. Nothing is charged without a new order.
How the license is checked
The key is checked in your browser, with a signature, without contacting any server. No usage of the tool is counted per person or per license, and your files are never sent anywhere, with or without a license.
Warranty and liability
Batch Extract reads files with the reader tested as described on the security page. Errors in a file, or in reading it, can still happen: check values that matter before relying on them. The seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the license over the last twelve months, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Law and disputes
French law applies. Before any action, write to us to find an agreement. Failing that, the courts of Tours have jurisdiction.
